SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are handmade to order and are dispatched within 4 weeks and are sent 1st class with Royal Mail, charged at £3.50.

Gift wrapping is an available option at checkout at £8 including 1st class postage with Royal Mail.

RETURN POLICY

All items are made to order, so please contact us if you would like to return something. We're not able to refund or exchange customised or personlised items (unless they're faulty), so please check the size and spelling before placing your order.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Postage costs won't be refunded, and you'll need to cover return postage costs. Where agreed, refunds will be processed once we receive the items. Items must be in an unused, new condition.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you have any queries or concerns with your order once you receive it - refunds or returns won't be accepted if an item has been washed or worn.
